Smart Inspect is a web application that helps civil engineers, inspectors, contractors, and other building professionals generate structured preliminary inspection reports in PDF format. It is a documentation tool — it does not perform inspections, provide engineering advice, or replace the judgment of a licensed professional.
You agree to use Smart Inspect only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a field inspection documentation tool. You may not:
The Smart Inspect application, its code, design, and branding are the property of the developer. Reports you generate belong to you and your organization. We claim no ownership over the content of your inspection reports.
Smart Inspect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports generated will meet any particular legal or professional standard in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Inspect and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report generated by it.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
